We facilitate an individual's understanding of the implications of their Meyers Briggs preferences for their behaviour and the team's performance.
Empowering the team will involve:
- Assessing team dynamic, dysfunction, informal and formal roles and engagement using Myers Briggs.
- Implementing language choices, leadership styles and behaviours- considering their impact using situational analysis and change management scenarios.
- Setting and communicating boundaries, expectations and team purpose.
- 6 x 2 hour sessions delivered over 6 weeks.
