Our intention when supporting leaders is to create a space where they feel confident in challenging the status quo and are receptive to challenge themselves.
Our work with leaders is about helping them to promote new ideas and creativity by reflecting on current organisational and individual behaviour and achievement. We do this through 1-2-1 coaching support and team empowerment.
We have supported leaders to integrate value-based "coaching for performance" cultures across their businesses, thereby improving cooperation and engagement by up to 20%.
Our leadership development initiatives involve:
- Self-assessment, ongoing review and evaluation.
- Analysing and contextualising current thinking and practice.
- Implementing language choices, leadership styles and behaviours - considering their impact using situational analysis and change management scenarios.
- Considering team dynamic, dysfunctions and engagement using Myers Briggs.
- 6 x ½ day Action Learning Sets delivered every two months over 12 months.
- 6 x 1 hour 1-2-1 coaching support sessions delivered between each Action Learning Set.
- Final evaluation and impact review and assessment.
